QV Equities Limited (QVE), like many other listed investment companies (LICs), has recently been trading at a discount to its net tangible asset (NTA) value. This led the QVE Board to establish an on-market buyback of up 10% of shares which the Board expects to contribute to QVE’s NTA per share.
